Do you see an error message when trying to view a specsheet in AutoQuotes either from the catalog or a spreadsheet? This happens on Windows 10 because the default program to view PDF files is Microsoft Edge which is the newest web browser that comes with Windows 10.
All you need to do is change the default PDF viewer to Adobe Reader instead of MS Edge.
If you do not have a PDF viewer installed, you can get Adobe Reader for free from this link HERE and this should fix your problem.
If you do have Adobe Reader already installed, follow these steps below or reinstall Adobe Reader to fix default PDF viewer.
1) First find any PDF file on your computer, on your desktop or documents folder etc.
2) Right mouse click over the PDF for menu and select "Open With", then "Choose another App".
3) Select Adobe Reader and click on checkmark to "Always Use this App to open PDF files".
4) Then click OK to finish.
