The following article will go over the process of adding a service agent to a project and where to view them in reports.
To set the service agent for a project, follow these steps:
1) Navigate to the MFR Summary section of a project.
2) Locate the Agent column. If it is not visible, click on the Choose Columns button to add the column to the spreadsheet.
3) Click in the Agent cell to view a drop-down list of available service agents. If there are no default agents listed, type in the service agent's name and select them from the list of choices. If your agent is not available in the list, you can add them in the Contacts section. The directions to do this are available here.
4) To save the selection, press the Save button located in the Home section of the top ribbon.
Adding a service agent to a project will allow it to print on reports. An example of a report that includes this information is the Service Agent Listing, as shown below.
